At seven every morning, all of the academic staff is gathered to start the daily teaching seminar. 28 residents, 2 cardiovascular fellows, 13 attendings and the chairman, all seated on equal chairs, taking turns presenting as teachers some days and listening as diligent students the others. Presentations vary among mortality and morbidity, journal clubs, student presentations, highlights of international conferences and research discussions.
